Dating confidence practice

Practice the moment before it happens.

Rehearse the dating moments that make you freeze: a first message, a quiet first date, mixed signals, hearing no. Get feedback on your exact words, replay the moment and try again until it sounds like you.

Hey. I almost walked past this place. Have you been here before?
First time! I picked it because the reviews mentioned the cinnamon buns.
Ha. I'm more of a coffee-only person.
Theo stirs his coffee…
So what do you do for work?

Which moment makes you freeze?

Pick the one you'd practice first. We'll build early access around the moments people choose most.

How it works

Practice it. Fix one thing. Replay. Then do it for real.

Every session follows the same loop, so the change shows up in what you actually say.

  1. Set your goal

Tell Luna, your coach, what you want to feel more confident about. She remembers and builds practice around it.

  2. Pick a moment or describe your own

Choose a common moment, or type one sentence like “first coffee date tomorrow” and get a practice built for it.

  3. Have the conversation

Your practice partner has their own personality and level of interest. They can go quiet, disagree or say no.

  4. See feedback on your exact words

One thing that worked and one useful change, each quoting your actual message. Plus 2–3 alternative phrasings to learn from.

  5. Replay that exact moment

Jump back to the message that threw you and try again with the same context. Then go again without hints to see if it stuck.

  6. Take one small step offline

Choose an optional real-life step. Afterwards, tell Luna how it went. She'll use it to pick your next practice.

Who you'll talk to

A coach in your corner. Partners with minds of their own.

Your coach and your practice partners are kept apart. Luna never plays your date, so her support stays support.

Portrait of Luna, the AI coach

Luna, your coach

Warm, direct and on your side.

  • Remembers your goals and brings them up naturally
  • Gives feedback tied to the words you actually used
  • Suggests your next practice and an optional real-life step
  • Never scores your attractiveness or confidence

They react like people, not like assistants.

  • Their own interests, moods and level of interest
  • Can play different types: shy, outgoing, distracted
  • A good reply doesn't guarantee a yes, just like real life

What's inside

Built to change what you say, not to keep you scrolling.

Replay the exact moment

Most practice apps restart the whole chat. Trysay takes you back to the message where it went sideways, keeps everything before it and lets you try a new reply. Compare both attempts side by side, then try once more without hints.

Feedback on your words

Short and specific: “This came across curious and low-pressure.” No vague “great job” and no harsh scores.

Your real situation

Describe what's coming up in one sentence. Get a practice session built around it in seconds.

A coach who remembers

Set one or two goals. Luna keeps them in mind and suggests practice that moves you toward them.

Small real-life steps

Optional steps that match what you practiced, like saying one sentence to a barista. You track “I tried it,” not pass or fail.

Your progress story

Goals, practices, replays and reflections in one private timeline. Proof that small steps add up.

You control memory

See, edit or delete anything Luna remembers. Reflections are saved only when you say so.

What feedback looks like

One strength. One change. A few ways to say it.

Luna points at your actual message, separates what you wrote from what it might suggest, and offers alternatives in different tones. They're examples to learn from, not lines to memorize.

You wrote
Sorry, I'm bad at this. What do you do for fun?
Worked

Asking about her keeps the conversation open.

Try next

Opening with “Sorry, I'm bad at this” sets a nervous tone before you've said anything. You could lead with interest instead.

PlayfulFair warning, I've been saving this question all week: what do you do for fun?
CuriousYou mentioned the climbing gym. How did you get into that?
HonestI get a bit nervous at first. What's something you've been into lately?

What Trysay isn't

No pickup scripts. No attractiveness scores.

Not a dating app. No matching, no profiles, no swiping. You practice here, then use whatever app or place you like.

Not a line generator. The goal is to say things your way, without needing a script.

No rating you as a person. We track what you control: practices, replays, rounds without hints and steps you tried.

No endless chatting. Sessions are short and point you back to real life.

Pricing

Questions

Good to know

Is Trysay a dating app?

No. There's no matching and no profiles. Trysay is where you practice. You date wherever you already do.

Are Luna, Bea and Theo real people?

No. They're AI characters with distinct personalities, and they're always labeled as AI. Bea and Theo are practice partners. Luna is your coach and never plays your date.

Who is it for?

Adults 18+ who can start conversations but overthink once things get uncertain: a quiet moment, a short reply, a clear no or a conversation about what you want.

Will it get me more dates?

We don't promise outcomes, because other people's choices aren't yours to control. Trysay helps with what you can control: saying something specific, following up, making a clear invitation and handling a no calmly.

What happens to my conversations?

Your practice is private. You can see, edit or delete anything your coach remembers, and reflections are saved only with your permission. We don't use your conversations to train AI models.

How much will it cost?

Your first practice is free. After that, Trysay Plus is one plan with everything included at a founding price of /month. Cancel anytime.

Text or voice?

Trysay starts with text. Voice rehearsal, where you practice out loud in real time, is planned for later.

When can I use it?

We're inviting early-access members in small groups. Join the list and we'll email you when your spot opens.
